It’s important, especially in the wellness industry, for me to be someone who is more of a guide and less of an incendiary device. To promote the radical act of self-love and kindness to self and others. To remember to laugh. To remember that we are more than the elevator pitches we’ve been trained to contain ourselves in.

There is healing in hope. Maybe that’s the thing that I’m forgetting right now: And there is meaning beyond what we can see and research in our laboratories. So, like my pet rescue birds I had when I was a kid, we just need to keep going and hoping and creating conditions for healing. And hopefully our bodies and hearts and spirit will do the rest.
